What are the best aspects of this product?

Vertex simplifies tax handling and calculation. Through it, all the tools that I need for computation are within reach. There's no need for geocoding too. Best of all? It's super easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There wasn't much support extended to me, especially when I was setting up my account. The interface is not up-to-date as well. But other than these, I have no other issue with Vertex.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this to compute sales tax for my business and my clients' businesses.
