What I like best about Vertex is its neat and simple dashboard environment. The tracking of the value of XML computations is an awesome feature too!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be a little difficult to get hold of the support team because they operate in a different timezone.

We use Vertex for tax and accounting of all things related to our business.
