What are the best aspects of this product?

I consider Vertex as a well of resource for tax policies. I love that they regularly update their policies depending on the region that our customers belong in. Needless to say, this saves us a lot of time in research and manual updates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The support team isn't always so responsive. There have been some issues that I've raised in the past that they weren't able to address right away.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Vertex heavily for its reporting capabilities. It's more than just a program for filing for sales tax compliance for us, but it's also for filing for business permits and other important files.

Yes
