What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, I appreciate the way that Vertex layouts their dashboard--it's clean and simple. It also serves as a resource for me because all of the new and old tax policies are just searchable within its platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can't think of anything negative to say about this product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Vertex serves as an endless amount of resource for me. Through it, I can acquaint myself with new policies and laws.
