What are the best aspects of this product?

I think that their support team deserves a shoutout in this section. In all my years using Vertex, they've always tended to my needs. My issues, be it major or minor, always get prioritized. This super team loves to help, and each member is the best at what they do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system bags down intermittently. As an effect, we also run into some issues in receiving taxes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Vertex helps us charge taxes across various regions all over Canada. Our taxes are charged almost automatically and we don't really have to worry much about anything else.
