We're able to engage our employees with Vibe HCM because we now have one platform for all staff information and company communications housed in one place. It's user-friendly and has simplified many HR needs, including the hiring process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

An improvement in the customizing process can help, but not urgent. We like it overall.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Everyone in the company immediately took to Vibe HCM and we can all access whatever we need at any time because of its mobile-friendly app. It's very much worth the cost that helped make us more efficient, especially in terms of employee programs, workflow, and brand communications.
