An excellent Skype alternative with less usage in resources.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the simplicity of setting it up. It functions very much like Whatsapp. All it needs is your mobile number and you're good to go. I like how lightweight it is on my smarphone compared to other resource hog apps like Line or Skype.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I love its UI. Although I wish the color theme would be something other than purple. I'm not a big fan of that color. I hate how after the syncing process an update would come up which would typically lead to the app crashing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I used this as my secondary communication too. That's for both video and audio conferencing. It would've been at the top of my list as a communications tool. Thing is, everyone uses Skype as it's today's primary preference.
