It functions similar to Skype. But a lot better in a number of ways.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's an awesome Skype alterntive. It almost has the same functionality that Skype has. But what gives this the edge is that it functions way quicker. It's optimized for your mobile device/desktop.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At the moment, it doesn't really do justice with video conference calling. But that'll change soon with updates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Interacting now with partners is seamless. Usually, when you contact somebody, you'd need contact details on hand. But with Viber, all that's needed is to send them a message through their mobile number. It's convenient as you're constantly getting a phone number from business cards that you get in meeting other people.
