PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Voice messsaging is awesome. Even if you internet connectivity is terrible, you can clearly hear the person on the other end of the line. A desktop app is ability with some functionality. Both mobile and desktop apps are stable and free from most bugs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some users are difficult to block. It's really hard to remove yourself from subscription offers from third party companies. I can't even copy mobile numbers from a specific profile. The issue happens to both the mobile and desktop version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Everthing is a bit easier now Viber. Communication with colleagues, friends, and family is convenient. It's great to have when you're out of the country. Calls are really cheap without worrying about expensive mobile bills.
