What are the best aspects of this product?
There are many call center software to choose from, but I decided to settle for VICIdial because of its integration capabilities and its capability to adapt to our client's needs. If you are into programming, this app will suit you best because you can integrate features into it and make things work better for your contact center.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The software is pretty much easy to work with. I need to do some necessary tweaking on the programming, and then we are all set. However, I think that the interface looks outdated or old school. It's not a big issue, but it can use some upgrades.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are now able to make more outbound calls than before. The phone numbers are valid, and the connection is clear on both ends. Since using VICIdial, we seldom do callbacks manually unless the client provided us a different phone number that cannot be found in the phone book records. Having updated calling features is a must if you want your contact center to remain competitive.
