What are the best aspects of this product?

It is not complicated to learn how Vicidial works. Even a call center newbie can figure out how to take calls by merely observing others. What I appreciate about Vicidial are the call recordings. It is so easy to find them, and the quality is close to crystal clear.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do not have any bad comments for Vicidial. For me, it's pretty amazing considering that its free of charge.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

VICIdial works well with outbound calls. We use it mainly to do callbacks and some telemarketing work for our clients. It's easy to upload all the names and phone numbers into the system and retrieve call recordings. We can maintain the quality of our calls with the help of this software.
