What are the best aspects of this product?
VICIdial works well for any size of business. It serves its purposes for catering to various needs of the client. I love the way the staff of VICIdial supports us in times of need.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The interface of the entire application looks outdated. I saw the tool that is specific for reps and the placement of the buttons, and the form needs to be changed.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our company agents can do more tasks during their shift as we trained them to perform IB and OB calls. In case we are unable to take the call or resolve it upon the initial interaction, we can still call the customer back. Also, VICIdial is known for its ability to run accurate reports straight from the dialer to measure how our agents are performing against our set metrics.
