What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to solve various client issues because VICIdial can pull up accounts and view agent notes. If you want to dig deeper into a customer’s problem, you can pull up and listen to call recordings and have your QA analyst and supervisor decide what to do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is not much to offer in terms of customization. It is not our top priority, but if given the option, then we will like to make changes.

We are now exclusively catering to a big client by providing customer service, IT support, and retention of various products and services.
