Overall it was pretty easy to use and the output was nice.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The clip art that comes with the subscription wasn't great and to get more you had to pay more.

BETTER customer services!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Overall, it's a fine software. However, I signed up for one specific project 3 years ago. I thought I canceled last year. They billed me again this year, I called right away and even with NO USE in over 2 years they still charged me the full year subscription this year. Customer Service wouldn't help at all, wouldn't consider prorating the 30 days I had access. Nothing. Just watch out, if you subscribe!! Customer Service is NOT understanding. Based on this experience, I would NOT recommend a company that has no flexibility to help a customer out when their service and product was NEVER used.
