What are the best aspects of this product?

If you ask me, a marketing tool is not only supposed to be functional, but personal too! I was looking for a tool I can customize to my needs, and Vidyard turned out to be a win-win solution. What I do is to create personalized videos for every customer, and you have no idea what a good approach to keep a sound relationship that is! Everything is made easy, targeting audience in particular. It would be hard to find a better product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had issues setting up the code, the instructions they provide are not that clear if you don’t have experience. By not clear I mean little detail and confusing guidelines, that's how I perceived it at least.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It solves marketing issues, first of all. Vidyard is our tool to find and enagage customers, and we are so thankful for being able to provide them a fresh way to learn about our products.
