What are the best aspects of this product?

Vienna advantage platform is strong, comprehensive and well-integrated. It’s great tool for lot of industries like retail, restaurants and cafes. It offers great features like software Document Management Modules, workflow, process automation engine, calendar, email, task management and many other. Our users can work on their tasks within Vienna Advantage platform from anywhere, from any device and at any time. It doesn’t require special hardware and special network infrastructure. We are able to utilize all its features in large scale organizations that are located in various countries. We are able to develop new windows without coding. It has great reporting and KPI dashboards.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to work on the pace of the documentation. Also, in order to benefit from this platform we need to have well-structured procedures and processes and if we lack to have that specific structured procedures then we will need to make other customization efforts so we can benefit from it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to be fully integrated with ERP/CRM/DMS and POS and it provides us with all operational activities within the organization. Its reporting and KPI dashboards provide detailed analytical decision.
