Good solutions with a good support team

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that the platform is easy to use and comes with nice features. Its reporting and approval system are simply amazing. I also like that it comes with a mobile application. It does great help, especially when communicating with our field staff.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We find the software modifications a tad challenging. The software also comes in package, and we have to pay for every license, even for the ones we have not used.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With ProContractor we can automatically do almost everything, from approval to invoicing to payroll.
