What are the best aspects of this product?

ProContractor stands true to its name – a professional solution for contractors. I like that that it eliminates all the manual works that we used to do before. It even makes importations of CAD and PDF images easier. It also comes with a digitizer, which I think another great feature of the software. Haven’t used it, though.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have a little issue with ProContractor, which make it sometimes hard to use. When we are working on a plan, it auto-saves our progress from time to time, causing some delays and distractions on our work. Auto-saving is the default setting of the software. Another is, when we need to trace lines on the plan, we need to click it multiple times for it to work. It is quite frustrating as it sometimes creates unnecessary points.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this software, we can easily bid for new projects and estimate how much we can spend on it.
