What are the best aspects of this product?

Viewpoint helps me stay in the loop of my daily works and even organizes them accordingly. These are the two major things I like about it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system is not so user-friendly in some other times. When I change tabs, the software gets a bit slower. It’s just frustrating that I need to spend my time waiting for the page to load again.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Viewpoint keeps things organized for me. I can easily see where my tasks end when I need to take a break and work on them when I get back. It takes out all the burdens of managing them.
