What are the best aspects of this product?

For us, extensive research about an idea is more important than creating personalized graphics which is why we find FusionCharts really useful since the tool allows the easy creation of visual graphics for presentation and documents. Thanks to this, we can focus more on the tasks that we find more pressing while not compromising the quality of the visual graphics we produce. Their customer support is very good too so asking for help is not hard.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's a lot of features for customizing graphics but if we run into a type of work that isn't fully supported, it turns into a quite frustrating issue. The solution for this is to review the tasks and the graphics option first before starting the work. However, just a while ago, the product's website was updated and added better documentation of the features so it's an improvement.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

In general, we were able to fulfill our objectives by using Visme. This tool is agile enough that we're able to generate new information about products quickly. Generating visuals for either simple, advanced, or large presentation is easy with this application.
