What are the best aspects of this product?

This is probably one of the best editors available in the market. I love how it can work with a plethora of languages without any problem at all. It works seamlessly with most solutions as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The support team isn't as responsive nor attentive as I would like them to be. The system itself can take a while to load too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this not only to create codes but also to check for errors and remove bugs if any.
