What are the best aspects of this product?

Somewhat easy to use if you use major affiliate networks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had long conversations with Aleksander from Voluum. A rude person that told me I should blame myself. Story behind it was that I needed to track conversions from Website A to Website B. I contacted Aleksander and explained my case. After the payment of 135 USD the onboarding started and went fine until I got told that there is no way to track the actual conversions. You can track a set amount , e.g. 7 USD, but if there is 2 products in the cart or if the price changes on Website B you have to redo the tracking pixel to suit the price. Voluum suggested that I would for each new e-commerce platform code a listener that would take the dynamic price and input into Voluum. With over 20 major e-commerce services in Sweden only, there would be more costs involved to have a programmer code a listener to output the total conversion than we actually make in commission. Google Analytics can do this but Voluum can not. Already after 20 minutes of the onboarding I asked to cancel my subscription which was met with an incredible rudeness and unproffessionalism. He basically told me that Voluum does everything I want if I code a listener to the total sales price. A programmer costs around 100 eur per hour in Sweden and there are 20 major e-commerce services, that would make the cost of using Voluum around 2000 eur. If we code our own listeners, Voluum would be abundant anyway. They knew my case from the beginning and for weeks Aleksanders only focus was to make me pay the 135 USD.
Very bad experience. This is a typical company that has as only interest to get money from you without taking responsibility in wether their service works or not.

Costumer service is horrible. They will trick you for money but not delivering the service that you need.
