What are the best aspects of this product?

The customer support is one of the best teams that I've come across. Everyone was incredibly helpful and responsive. My team and I had to set up a short movies streaming platform. The platform is very nicely designed, super easy to use and very thoughtfully put together. It's genuinely the best product on the market for businesses wanting to sell their video content on their own professional-looking, branded platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Need some additional improvements in analytics and third party API Integration support for better reporting.
