What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that there's a trial period and I get to do video captures for free before deciding if I want to pay for it or not.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

More screen recorder options, please.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to create attractive video clips even while on a free trial period.
