What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a great app that has benefitted me in my work in so many ways. Since it has versions for both desktop and mobile use, using it regardless of my location isn't a problem. The interface is really great. I can easily switch from one IP to another. It has a high-speed connection because of its multiple servers, and this allows me to browse fast, anonymously, and securely.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This app is relatively more expensive compared to its competitors that actually offer almost the same service.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As I mentioned, I can have remote access to the app which makes it easier for me to do my work since I travel a lot. I feel secured browsing the web wherever I am.
