What are the best aspects of this product?

This app can be used by 5 devices simultaneously -- desktop or mobile! It also allows you to connect to IPs of more than 70 countries. Switching from one IP to another can be done in a breeze because of its straightforward user interface. Its integration with my trusted security protocols made me enjoy using this app more. The live chat for customer service is also an amazing and huge help!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't allow the use of third party DNS. It has an option that allows users to do that actually, but it's not working. It would also be better if users are notified about the protection level of each security protocol.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's been really helpful for us to cut our operational costs because it allows us to buy software from different countries. Of course, we choose those with discounts or promos. That's a lot of savings! It's really also helpful when we go travel because it keeps our devices secured even if we connect with public networks.
