What are the best aspects of this product?

I love using this app because it allows me to quickly and easily shift from one IP address to another. I can also connect to various networks without having to worry about security. I'd also like to commend their customer service!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had some issues with the automatic connection because there are times when it doesn't automatically change the IP as set. The installation also takes time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

VyprVPN keeps me secured whenever I travel and have to connect with various private and public networks.
