What are the best aspects of this product?

Best accounting tool for small companies. There are lot of features that are free, and I love the invoicing feature and the new payment section as well. It has great way of pulling in transactions and ability to reconcile them. I am able to customize the invoicing and I love all new updates for the invoice feature. The reporting feature is great and helps me to keep my business and categories in order.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if they could include the Cash accounting. The app can be slow sometimes but maybe this is the issue with my internet provider. Sometimes I have issues with bank connection it can take few days to connect.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Wave for accounting purposes. The good thing is that I can send monthly the billing and recurring invoices. It helps in payment process. In other words, wave is flexible and can grow along with your business. We can use some of its options for the payroll, and I am able to keep track of yearly sales on the dashboard.
