What aspects are problematic or could work better?
My business has been a loyal customer of WAVE for over a year. I was not notified that my credit card payments were being held under review for days sometimes weeks at a time. When I reached out to Wave to understand why, they claimed that my business was no longer able to use credit cards even though it is my main form of payment. After almost a week of disputing and countless hours on the chat with Wave, I have yet to be given legal/legitimate reasoning for this decision, confirmation that I signed off for Wave to randomly withhold my business's money, as well as consent for them to go through private bank history.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Credit Card transactions.
