What are the best aspects of this product?

Before switching to this software, I have been using a competitor brand for quite some time already. When they increased their rates, I expected to have better service but did not. So I decided to search for a replacement and ended up with Wave. I like this software so much because of its 3rd party integration capabilities, which include banks and other accounting services. Also, I can monitor what's happening even if I am out of the office.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks some smart features as compared to other leading accounting software. I believe that they are working non stop to address their shortcomings, and that is good enough for me. I am contented that Wave gets the job done, and that's what matters most.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I saved thousands of dollars in my business. No need to hire a part-time accountant to help me manage my books or purchase expensive software. Wave makes things easier for me, so I guess I made a practical choice.
