What are the best aspects of this product?

Wave does a lot of things in our company. It takes good care of invoices and other accounting tasks for a minimal price. No need to install different software to manage our finance because Wave can handle it, making our workflow a lot more organized.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that Wave would allow us to book a customer appointment or a tech visit using their very own application. The purpose of this is to bill the customers directly right after completing a specific work order.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can create and send invoices to our clients faster than before. It takes us less work since everything is done online. Also, the templates that we use for the invoice look very business-like, that is why our clients take us seriously.
