How good is an accounting software that doesn’t keep a balance?

What are the best aspects of this product?

Sure it's easy to use but customer support is a joke. Their CS can answer questions regarding accounting, but when there's a bug, you are left on your own.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I reconcile my account to the decimal, and then the balances are not balancing when I ask for the General Ledger at the same date. How can that be even possible??!! This is ridiculous.
I opened a ticket with them, they give me the runaround, nobody is taking charge. They ask for print screen of information they have access to go see themselves.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A working product would be nice.

This system created a problem and the solution is to stop using it.
