What are the best aspects of this product?
Payout policy is ridiculous. I was paid more than a week ago from a customer who has paid me through their system many times before. It's now day 8, no support other than, "that's just how long it takes", and I have overdraft fees of over $200 piling every day because I expected the payment to clear a week ago.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Releasing my money on a reasonable schedule.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
How about being able to track the one account I actually use for my business instead of showing all of them at once and having reports conflate data from multiple accounts? Advice from support was "you're going to need to open up a separate bank account if you want to track this business separate from your other bank accounts." Really? Am I really the only with multiple bank accounts at the same institution looking to use and isolate only one of them to run the books for my business?
