What are the best aspects of this product?
None. Anything decent is offset by horrible customer service and fraudulent activity
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Customer service is terrible. No support number. Live chat or email is the only way to correspond. They take forever to respond to emails. They also asked for a myriad of personal information including bank statements in order to "review my business" and ensure I had enough money in my bank account to cover customer refunds. Even though I sent all required information and had more than enough funds to cover any chargebacks or disputes, Wave refused to pay me the money I invoiced. My choices were to wait 120 days or refund all of my customers. A sham company.
