What are the best aspects of this product?

There are so many things I can do with one single application. Wave is known for its efficiency and smooth looking interface. Data entry is easy and well organized. All my receipts, invoices, and other paperwork are kept in one centralized software. Payment requests are sent using the Platform, which saves a lot of time because all I need to do is to fill up templates and send them directly to the clients' email address. Wave is one of the best accounting platforms that I have come across, and I plan to stick to the product as long as I can afford to pay the monthly rates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are limited payment options since I can only do bank transfers as of now. I cannot transfer money through Paypal, which happens to be widely accepted by other platforms. Also, Wave charges their clients transaction fees for cashless payments. I'm hoping that they can find ways to waive the unnecessary fees so clients can save more money.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I used to spend countless hours creating and sending invoices to all of my clients. The process is so tiring and tedious, plus there are instances that I make mistakes when it comes to computations. With the help of Wave, I was able to address all these issues right away, so I have more time to focus on other business matters.
