What are the best aspects of this product?

Before using We360.ai the resignation rate of my company was quite high. However, after using We360.ai, the resignation rate of my company decreased as I was able to recognize my employees hard work and now I can keep their morale high.

The application should send out the list of over performing and underperforming employees at the end of the month.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The application should include the Employee of the Month Feature to appreciate the highly productive environment.
