What are the best aspects of this product?

I think I would probably be one of the people that started using Web CEO since it started. I've worked with other software with similar features, but Web CEO beats them all by highlighting a great support team and more affordable price points. I like that WebCEO offers a UI that seems to instinctively sense what we need. Its rank checks, keyword search, and report analysis allow for automation in terms of streamlining and time efficiency. This enables us to swiftly analyze our clients' websites and provide a detailed report with suggested solutions. WebCEO continues to provide rolling updates for features that we use to our advantage. Their support team is always onhand by chat, and there are supplementary Help documents on their website, in case I needed more information. WebCEO started out slow but was able to catch up in terms of building a cloud-based tool that matched their desktop version, so it was a no-brainer for me to shift to the online version especially because WebCEO made their upgrade offer tempting and the transition was easy for my team because WebCEO's support team was there with us every step of the way. I'd recommend WebCEO to anyone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No problems at all with WebCEO. It's just what I need.

We're able to become faster when it comes to development work and are able to convert leads into customers a lot more easily.
