What are the best aspects of this product?
WebCEO gives accurate data for every SEO metric. You will get fresh analytics on the keywords you are searching for. You can always check your rankings instantly and get fresh precise data in a few minutes or look through your rankings in a report. You can run your SEO and Technical Audits update on a schedule. The accuracy of data is highly important for my in-house SEO team.
An impressive and full dashboard allows you to have a quick glance at your overall site performance.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They have a lot of advanced settings for the White Label Domain and for the first time I couldn’t figure out everything by myself. But the WL clients have VIP Support via Skype and every misunderstanding can be solved with the live chat or a video-call. The response time is fast.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
WebCEO offers a wide range of tools and they are really a must-have, but as for me, this platform lacks social media posting tools (not directly an SEO analysis function but a marketing function all the same).
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our team is working way more productively with the Task Manager and User Roles. These advanced settings are really helpful for team work and management.
