What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have only run into one thing and that is the use of https vs. http in reporting and sometimes get a hitch on www and non-www domains needing to have a separate report. I contacted support and they were quick to find solutions to this but during the set up process if https is selected it is difficult to revert back to just http without help from support. Their response time is FAST though so it is almost a moot point.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I'm actually very satisfied with the range of features and realize that any tool is an extension of the person using it so anyone with adequate experience can find ways to make WebCEO work to their advantage.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Organization of a wide variety of tasks and how those tasks relate to each other were made easier because it reduced the amount of documentation we needed to keep track of the work we were doing in different categories of site optimization.
