What are the best aspects of this product?

Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable. I can vouch that they are always watching as they contacted me during my signup process (I had to reactivate my PayPal account and it took me about 10 minutes) to let me know they were aware of the delay and wanted to know if there was anything they could do to assist me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

10 out of 10 is my final rating of Webhost.pro cpanel web host.
