What are the best aspects of this product?

WebDAM lets you add keywords for individual files easily. It can create folders with specific access permissions too. Overall, Webdam is easy to use and it has a clean UI.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Loading all our Webdam files into our local computer consumes too much time. I wish it would become faster for a more seamless working experience.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is cool that Webdam lets us apply restrictions to our files. This is great for letting our clients view specific files while keeping other documents away from their access.
