What are the best aspects of this product?

We're a not for profit org, and WebDAM really works fantastic for our needs. It helps us manage various concerns efficiently. I use it for arranging all the tons of photos that I receive from our field staff. It lets me sort such images in folders and categories, and then I can easily retrieve those using keywords. The tool can also generate file numbers that I can give to any staff that requires a specific photo. This helps them check the file themselves instead of downloading the files before sending them through email manually. WebDAM is a great time saver and proves to be a worthy cost for our group.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot download multiple photos while browsing through the site. I have to do it one by one, which frequently makes me confused along the way. I need to double-check if I have gotten everything I need after the process. It would be great if Webdam features a panel sidebar or a folder where I can place all necessary photos and then prepare them for download at once.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Helpful for us when collecting photos that we would use for print outs and social media purposes. It lets us store and check images. It is meeting our needs efficiently too, such as scaling our use of videos. We now implement modules for websites and audio for such purposes, which means we can store video outputs into the cloud. And all our staff can view such videos conveniently. Moreover, we often use images taken years prior, which makes it difficult for our team members to recall the exact time that those photos are taken. Webdam lets us tag time details for each photo; meaning, we do not need to worry when old photos remain unused for an extended period. We can quickly locate photos from a particular time without including those that are from a previous date.
