What are the best aspects of this product?

Our non-profit group uses Webdam for managing and sending images efficiently. This is wonderful because we regularly handle huge bulks of images from our personnel. Webdam lets us neatly organize all of such images into different classifications and folders. All are tagged with proper keywords too. I can easily get a code number for each image, which is useful when staff needs to view certain files. This makes lengthy email exchange unneeded, thus helping us save more time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Webdam doesn't let me select a set of images on the website to download them in bulks. This pushes me to download each image while on a site individually. Needless to ask, it is very cumbersome for me that I easily become disorganized when handling such photos. It also makes it necessary to recheck each file that I've downloaded now and then. I hope Webdam would roll out a sort of organizer feature on the side panel to place selected images for download temporarily.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

WebDAM is a wonderful solution for much of our operational concerns. It has made it more convenient for us to handle and download different files. Then, I can use such resources in messages, marketing and some other online functions. Webdam also provides convenient cloud storage for all of our images, and all of our clients can easily access it.
