Amazing app used to build reports from scratch.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We have always been struggling to keep track of participants every time that we plan a significant event. The same thing goes with payments and donations. We use to do it using an excel file, which creates room for errors, so we decided to look for a system that caters to all of our requests. I am glad that we found Wild Apricot because we are delighted with the platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app comes with certain limitations in terms of indocument analytics, which is something that I don't expect at all. I've always been looking forward to creating a wide range of reports from different data sources. However, it's not that easy to achieve because creating these reports is quite complicated. I still have to do a lot of things like fixing the data source before I can come up with sold reports.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can say that WebFOCUS is way better than using the traditional MS Excel. In terms of program stability and security, I guess that WebFOCUS has a lot more to offer. We need a platform that has been tried and tested and has a higher accuracy rate than Excel. We found what we are looking for in WebFOCUS.
