The upgrades and new features that they introduce are something that I look forward to. WebFOCUS is something that I rely on 100% for my reports, knowledge that guides me into making the right choices every day.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I must get an experienced developer to help me maintain the software at all times. Upgrades are very common, so I need someone knowledgeable enough to ensure that we won't encounter any complex issues whenever we use the system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

All department branches rely on WebFOCUS to keep track of their numbers and statistics and records. Our public hospitals benefit from this platform by giving them a clear vision of their ongoing success and mortality rates. The same thing goes with other government agencies. The more updated they are with their numbers, the easier it is for them to act on their problems by providing concrete solutions.
