I love using WebFOCUS and it’s my all-time favorite software.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that WebFOCUS can extract data from the primary source and create level reports for the entire university. It has one of the best dashboards that I’ve ever seen, and I love how it presents its data where the majority of the people can easily interpret what goes behind the numbers. They can create a variety of reports that consist of graphs, pies, and charts that are more attractive and comprehensive as compared to what other platforms can do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Learning everything about the software takes time, and more hands-on experience is required. Some features are pretty user friendly, but some are quite complex to understand in just one sitting. It could provide better enhancements on its user interface because I find it quite outdated already. But I’m happy because the developer is always trying to come up with something to make sure that WebFOCUS remains competitive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

WebFOCUS is designed and created to make our lives better. Creating reports is no longer tasking and time-consuming. All kinds of information are within reach, promote better productivity, and aims for a result-oriented organization.
