I made the right choice to get WebFOCUS! It’s worth recommending to other business owners.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This software is one of a kind because it comes with an Iway Feature that can retrieve data from various sites and links. It's instrumental on our end because we use multiple reporting to collate information. Now we only use one app, which is WebFOCUS, to build all of our reports from scratch.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to be more consistent when it comes to the appearance of their UI. I have noticed that the UI keeps on changing for the past few years, and it can get confusing to users who are not familiar with the system. The current UI is okay, and I suggest that they stick to it permanently and implement upgrades only if necessary.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I like it whenever they upgrade the software version because the reports builder becomes more efficient. Whenever we have problems with the software, it's so easy for us to call for help, and things get resolved almost immediately. Aside from apparent improvements in our reporting, I've also seen a growth in our sales figures. The numbers are always accurate, making it easier for me to come up with strategies on how to improve things whenever our business is facing severe challenges.
