What are the best aspects of this product?

It didn’t take me long to figure out how WebFOCUS works. I was amazed by its capability to come up with a series of reports in less than an hour. I’ve never seen an app that works that fast. I can also adjust the settings and the format to cater to individual requests that are made by our clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Inconsistencies when it comes to stability. I'm not too fond of it when the entire platform freezes and eventually crashes. I would end up restarting the PC and reopen the plat. But the good news is that they can back up existing files, so there's no need to start from scratch.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am currently doing an OJT for a particular company, and they taught me how to create and read reports. I’ve learned so much for the last two months, and I see myself working for great big companies that use this platform.
