PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It’s one of the most useful software that we have in the company. We cannot function well without the help of our reports. With WebFOCUS, you do not have to worry about spending hours just to extract your numbers because it can accomplish pretty much all kinds of reports from scratch.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be best if you warmed up to WebFOCUS before you can appreciate it fully. I have to admit that I encountered some difficulties in terms of navigation. Also, the interface needs some work done by editing some of its content and uploading new ones to attract more people to keep using it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can explain our trending performance anytime because I can rely on WebFOCUS to create reports that I can discuss with my employees. They must know our numbers so they can strive to perform better.
