What are the best aspects of this product?

WebFOCUS has helped us increase and monitor our performance by creating these powerful reports that are easy to analyze. They are doing a great job of extracting essential information from the data source, which I appreciate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They should find a way to give users more flexibility to customize and personalize reports. I usually create charts to lay out the business's progress, so it would be nice if we could infuse more creativity in the reports.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

You can play with the dashboards and try to customize it for your comfort and convenience. I've been doing this, and it works fine for me.
